School is starting in 17 more days. This is so irritating! I'm still in the midst of enjoying my holiday mood. I don't think I'll ever get enough. When next year start, I'll have to stuff my head inside those books and study hard in order to get good grades to get into a good polytechnic. Problem is, I heard a lot of people saying that next year 'o' level will be tough and I wonder if I am able to finish all the questions in all 7 subjects I'm taking. Plus, when I was Primary 6, there's this girl in my batch who scored 295 points out of 300 points and she broke the record of the Pri. 6 students who had ever scored high.
That's why I'm worried! I'm scared I won't do good and get into the course I want so I'll have to bury my head in books.
Normally, other people will be worrying how they'll do for O levels, but I'm more excited about what happens NEXT. I mean, it's like I'm almost free. Out of school and it'll feel like college and I don't have to wear uniform and tie my hair up again! Although many tell me that it's not how it really sounds like when you're in school.
Anyway, back to school stuff, I'm really hating it like mad. I want it to finish fast but also don't want it to finish fast. Wanting to finish fast because I'm almost free, don't want to finish fast because O levels will get near and I hate the truth.
I'll make sure I try my very best for next year. And also to find a job at the end of next year 'cause I might get near half a year's break.

Okay, it's not about me!
It's a book I've read recently and I'm totally lovin' it like mad! The story is good and I can totally imagine every single thing in my head that I've read from the book.
The author is Jenny Han, also writer of Shug and It's Not Summer Without You.
This is what's written on the back of the book:
When each summer begins, Belly leaves her school life behind and escapes to Cousins Beach, the place she has spent every summer of her life. Not only does the beach house mean home away form home, but her favorite people are there: Susannah, her mother's best friend, and her sons, Conrad and Jeremiah. Belly has been chasing Conrad for as long as she can remember, and more than anything, she hopes this summer will be different. Despite distractions from a new guy named Cam and lingering looks from Conrad's brother, Jeremiah, Belly's heart belongs to Conrad. Will he offer his to her? Will this be the summer that changes everything?
Well, if you're interest, get your ass down to the bookstore and look for this book! If you're living in Singapore like I do, go to Kinokuniya. I guess any Kinokuniya store will do, but I bought the original version off the one at Bugis Junction. There's another UK version.
Why'd I chose this book? By coincidence. I was waiting for my sis so I went to Kinokuniya to look around. I was walking around the whole bookstore until I saw Young Adults and I take a look. If you look carefully, this book is at the corner of the shelf so you'll have to look into it. And I just took it up to read it 'cause I'm really bored inside. I can't open the magazines to watch so I suppose I take a look what it's about.
Apparently, it seems interesting to me and I finished the book in less than 24 hours. I know I'm crazy but once you picked this book up, it's difficult to put it down again. There's rumor that it will turn into a movie and I pray hard for it. It will be good!! I'm so excited now, just thinking that it will become a movie. I'm trying to get the second book but it's far away to buy it. I have to go all the way the Takashimaya in Orchard just to buy the book just because I can't find it in Bugis Junction. I'l buy it, but maybe not for now.

I just came back from Phuket! It was lot of fun and I definitely enjoyed the journey to Phuket, although I would say I preferred the trip to Bali. I went with my maternal family which I'm more closer to because I visit them every year. F.Y.I, they're from Malaysia and I'm from Singapore. Anyway, I did went snorkeling but it was kind of disappointing 'cause I don't get to see a lot of fishes and the waves were so strong that I couldn't swim.
I stayed in a villa, The Bell Pool Villa (Kamala Beach) for 4 days 3 nights and I know it's not enough but hands are tight! There's free breakfast for the following 3 days other than the one we just arrived that day. The pool was long enough for me to swim. (170cm)
Also, there is a performance at FantaSea. Personally, I enjoyed it but my couz slept. I think she's too tired that whole day, we all only had 1hr30 mins of sleep for the whole day. There's free buffet at FantaSea if you watch the performance but make sure you get yourself a tour guide in order to have the free buffet and good seating arrangements for the performance. What I heard from the guide was that the performance can fit for around 3000 people so grab your nice seat while you can. I'm not going to mention the details of the performance 'cause I think you should really enjoy it yourself. When I was there, I really think that I can see people from all around the world. (Eg. America, England, France, China, India etc.)
Oh! AND, if you're not tired at night, you can either take a TUK TUK taxi or hire a shuttle car from your hotel to go to Patong where there is night market and a mall over there. There's bar too. But it's very crowded over there. Most of them are caucasians, no 'whys'! I mean, it's relaxing to go to the beach, right? Everyone can go Phuket!!
BE CAREFUL!! People selling clothes, ornaments and jewellery and other things there tend to sell their things at a higher price than the normal price. (Eg. it's supposed to be 150 bahts but they sell it for 450 bahts) Remember to lower the price!

I have photos but it's late now so I am going to post my photos next time.
